Dolores Catania is giving her take on the wedding day drama between BFF Teresa Giudice and co-star Melissa Gorga.
While some Real Housewives of New Jersey fans might have been surprised that Teresa didn’t ask her sister-in-law to be in her August 2022 nuptials to Luis “Louie” Ruelas, Dolores saw the snub coming a mile away.
“I did say this to Melissa, I just wasn’t surprised because I knew they weren’t in a good place at the time,” the Bravo star exclusively told E! News. “It wouldn’t have been organic to have her in it because they weren’t really getting along from what I had seen.”
However, Dolores says Teresa was “devastated” Melissa and her brother Joe Gorga skipped the ceremony. “It was her only family member, she doesn’t have a big family,” she shared. “I know she wanted her brother and his family there.”
While fans will have to tune in to RHONJ season 13 to see the cause of Teresa and Melissa’s ongoing feud, Dolores did credit the bad blood to “an accumulation of years of things, fights,” adding, “It was just a breaking point.”
