| Technician Apprentice (Mechanical) | 3-year full-time Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering. |
| Technician Apprentice (Electrical) | 3-year full-time Diploma in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering. |
| Technician Apprentice (T&I) | 3-year full-time Diploma in Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, or related fields. |
| Trade Apprentice (Assistant - HR) | Full-time Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. |
| Trade Apprentice (Accountant) | Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. |
| Data Entry Operator (Fresher) | Minimum 12th pass (Graduate candidates not eligible). |
| Domestic Data Entry Operator | 12th pass with a 'Domestic Data Entry Operator' Skill Certificate. |
Note: For Diploma courses, lateral entry for 12th Science/ITI candidates is allowed. Candidates must read the official notification for detailed eligibility criteria.
Selection Process
Selection shall be on the basis of marks obtained in the Online Test and meeting the notified eligibility criteria.
Document Verification for shortlisted candidates.
Medical Examination.

Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can apply online from 29 Aug to 28 Sep 2025.
Application is to be submitted through the IOCL official website: www.iocl.com.
Candidates must have an active email ID and mobile number for the duration of the recruitment process.
Upload scanned copies of photograph and signature as per the specified format.
After final submission, take a printout of the application form for future reference.
